A consultation begins with a tour of your garden beds, container gardens, and/or outdoor living spaces, and includes a review of all plant material, such as perennials, bulbs, shrubs, trees, and lawns. We can answer any questions you have, as well as provide suggestions on how to implement organic methods to beautify your space. Our recommendations and enhancements involve no synthetic chemicals or gasoline-powered tools, and use only certified organic products and natural solutions.

Consultations can be useful if you:

• inherited a garden and want to understand what’s happening in it, but don’t know where to start

• need help troubleshooting a tired or overgrown garden

• have a garden that you would like to restore, revitalize, or expand

• recently invested in a new garden and wonder why some plants aren’t taking

• have a patchy or discoloured lawn and are seeking a non-toxic lawn care solution

• are interested in attracting more birds, bees, and pollinators

• are just interested in creating a non-toxic, family-friendly outdoor living space!

Choose from three consultation packages

The Elemental Consultation ($140) includes

• a tour of your site

• garden wish list/discuss garden desires and future aspirations

• sustainability analysis (how long will this garden last?)

• ecosystem identification list

• plant identification list

• 1 total hour visit to answer questions about your garden site

  • This consultation is typically a prerequisite for our garden design services

The Standard Consultation ($280) includes

• everything offered in the Elemental Consultation package

• an organic care solution plan, including recommendations for plant selection, maintenance, and garden supplies

• a detailed written report on your green space outlining prominent features, potential areas for improvement, and your personalized solution plan

• 1.5 total hour visit to answer questions and make recommendations

The Advanced Consultation ($610) includes

• everything offered in the Elemental and Standard Consultation packages

• full soil analysis including pH test, content analysis, and micronutrient profile

• follow up visit to discuss analysis results and plans for ongoing care

• 1.5 total hour initial visit plus 1 hour follow up
