Our design services begin with a tour of your outdoor living space, a conversation about your garden vision and goals, and includes a blueprint of all the plant material you’ll need that is tailored for your green space! We can answer any questions you have, as well as provide suggestions on how to implement organic methods to keep your garden lush and healthy. Our recommendations and enhancements involve no synthetic chemicals or gasoline-powered tools, and use only certified organic products and natural solutions.

 

Our design services can be useful if you:

  • have an empty green space and would like to build a garden from scratch.

  • have an existing garden you would like to improve or expand

  • are interested in attracting more birds, bees, and pollinators to your green space.

  • would like to move an existing garden to a new location.

  • are just interested in creating a non-toxic, family-friendly outdoor living space!

We can support you through three design stages

We recommend that you start with a Standard Consultation, which provides an overview of your green space, identifies prominent site features, and personalized garden care plan. Then, we can support you through any or all of the following design stages.

Stage 1: Site Survey

  • a visit to measure and photograph key features of your green space

  • a conversation about your aspirations for your green space, including a personal preferences assessment to identify your preferred plants, colours, and/or uses for the space

 

Stage 2: Blueprint Design

  • an illustrated list of plants we recommend for your green space, which you can use to narrow down your selection

  • a detailed Blueprint of garden plans, including a visual guide to the varieties chosen for your green space

 

Stage 3: Installation

  • sourcing and delivering plant material

  • installing the garden according to the Blueprint, including watering and application of organic fertilizer to give your new plants a strong start

  • a follow-up visit to review work and discuss garden care plans
